- In addition, wedding packages are subject to a 3% Kenai Peninsula Borough lodging tax that will be added to the total package price - max daily tax is $15/day.
- Package prices are for 100 persons max, over 100 persons may be subject to an additional fee.
- Total capacity will vary by table selection (round or square tables) and use of our outdoor deck and lawn area depending on weather.
- Wedding packages include a one or two night stay in our Bridal Suite Loft, and your choice of everything that is included in our wedding package inclusions.
- A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your requested date. That amount will be put towards your total package price due.
- Your first monthly payment will be due within 30 days after booking. A payment schedule will be sent to you with your contract. You can make payments online and view your payment history and balance at any time.
- A $1,000 refundable security/cleaning deposit will be due 10 days prior to your event. Refunds will be given within 7 days following your event.

8 Hour Rental for $750
Private Parties Can Be Booked Monday Thru Thursday at Anytime, and
30 Days in Advance of the Event for Friday Thru Sunday 8 Hour Rental - Start Decorating at 1:00pm - End at 9:00pm $250 Refundable Security/Cleaning Deposit
50 persons max. Includes tables, chairs, and sound system only. See Rental Items Page for list of items available to rent. |
